To reduce the risk of African swine fever spreading to Denmark and to monitor the disease, the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration wishes to know the presence of wild boar in the wild.The Food Agency is very interested in receiving notification if you see live or dead wild boar in nature or track for these. Delayed wild boar must also be reported to the Board.Dead and abandoned wild boar will be investigated for a number of contagious animal diseases, while the Nature Agency is notified of the finding of live wild boars for disposal.
